AIRPORT TRANSFER

Planning to fly to Prague and still have not arranged a transfer to your hotel? We will be happy to take care of you. If you book an airport transfer with us, we will ask you for your flight number so that we can track your flight status. Whether you arrive at the agreed time or an hour late, our driver will be waiting patiently for you in the airport lounge and will also call you to let you know their location. The easiest way to meet safely in the airport hall is to arrange a meeting with the driver holding a sign with your name and the MY CAR PRAGUE logo. If you wish to travel anonymously, we will be happy to accommodate your request, in which case you meet the driver who is holding a sign with our logo only. The driver then guides you to the car, helps you with your luggage and then drives you to the designated drop-off point. The car has a charging cable for your phone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a bottle of water. For airport transfers, you can choose from a wide range of cars and price options from our portfolio. The journey from Prague Airport to the centre of Prague takes on average 25 minutes.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

With each booking, we will ask you for your flight number so that we can track your flight status and respond to the current situation. Our driver picks you up in the event of a delay without any fees or surcharges. It is important to contact us as soon as possible after arrival.

CAN I CHANGE THE DROP-OFF TIMES JUST BEFORE THE START OF THE TRASFER OR DURING THE DAY´S EVENT?

Everything can be arranged – the important thing is to contact us as soon as possible so that we can confirm new times or offer new alternatives.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A TRANSFER FREE OF CHARGE?

The transfer can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the trip starts, we will refund 100% of the transfer price. In case of cancelling within 24 hours, 50% of the transfer price will be refunded. In case of cancelling later than 24 hours before the transfer starts, you will be charged 100% of the transfer price. 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TRANSFER?

You can choose from many options when paying for your transfer with us, the important thing is always to pay in advance. You can pay by bank transfer via a generated QR code or with your credit card via a web link. A tax receipt will be issued for each payment.
