INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF HAKIMI STYLE S.R.O.

This document provides you with information about your rights related to the processing of your personal data by HakimiStyle s.r.o., having its registered office at Heinemannova 2695/6, 160 00 Prague, reg. No: 08894281, VAT No.: CZ08894281.
We recommend that you read the information carefully. We are doing our best to make them as clear as possible. If it is still unclear, we will be happy to explain any concept or passage to you.
1. Who is the controller of your personal data?
The data controller, i.e. the person who determines the purposes and means and decides on the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data, is:

2. How and why is your personal data processed?
When processing personal data, we are governed by the relevant legislation, in particular General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the ´GDPR´) and related legislation.
The processing of your personal data is carried out in order to ensure the fulfilment of all our and your rights and obligations in connection with the legal relationship that exists between us.
We process all your personal data based on the following:
- A contract or agreement we have concluded (not only in writing) for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under such contract or agreement;
- Applicable law (for example, in the area of taxation) for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations imposed on us;
- Our legitimate interest, e.g. to improve our services.
We process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship. After its termination, we retain only those of your personal data that are further necessary to exercise our rights and fulfil our obligations or that are required by law for the period of time specified therein.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling in the processing of your personal data.
We process personal data both manually and automatically, directly through our employees or external processors (see Section 5 below). The protection of personal data is technically and organisationally secured in accordance with the applicable legislation.
3. Which of your personal data do we process?
If you have concluded a contract with us, not only in written form, then we process your personal data to the following extent:
- Data that are a necessary part of the concluded contract and personal data without which it would not be possible to fulfil our obligations arising from the subject of the contract:
- Name and surname
- Handwritten signature
- Address of permanent residence, place of business, contact address (office address), billing address
- Reg. number
- E-mail address
- Mobile phone number
If you have sent us an enquiry, we process your personal data to the following extent:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number
4. How do we protect your personal data?
You can be absolutely sure that we treat your personal data with due care and in accordance with applicable law. We protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of the available means and the nature of the processing of personal data by the Controller. The Controller has strict rules specifying which employee or department may access your personal data and what personal data they may process, which are further regulated by the Controller´s internal regulations. In the case of transferring your personal data outside the Controller, we have ensured an adequate level of security protection in accordance with the relevant legislation.
5. Who else do we transfer your personal data to and why?
We do not, as a matter of principle, transfer your personal data outside the Controller, except where:
- We have your approval;
- We are required or authorised to do so by law (for example, in the case of requests from law enforcement authorities);
- Our legitimate interest entitles us to do so, the operational and related agenda is provided by an external processor;
We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union.
6. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?
In relation to your personal data that we process, you have the following rights that you may exercise against us as the Controller:
- Right to obtain confirmation of the (non-)processing of your personal data and to access the personal data concerning you that we process;
- Right to have your personal data corrected or completed if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Right to erase or restrict the processing of your personal data if the conditions set out in the legislation are met;
- Right to object to the processing of personal data related to you;
- Right to transfer your personal data to another Controller.
If we process any of your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing thereof at any time.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the law, you shall be entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is:
